Ground-up construction of an 8-storey commercial complex in Kovilambakkam, Chennai. Project included all civil, structural, MEP, finishing and interior execution.
Site preparation, RCC frame construction, masonry, plastering, internal electrical works, plumbing, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and false ceiling works. Structural design coordination and all statutory approvals.
Completed within 18 months. Structure load-tested and certified. Fully occupied within 3 months of completion.
