Supply and installation of a 50 KLD Daiki Axis packaged sewage treatment plant with an integrated tertiary treatment plant for the TVS factory at Avigna Industrial Park, Kelamangalam, Hosur. Due to restricted transportation and access along the site route, the anaerobic and aeration treatment tanks were supplied as separate units and interconnected at the project location.

The 50 KLD Daiki sewage treatment and tertiary treatment system was successfully supplied and installed despite the restricted site-access route. Dividing the anaerobic and aeration stages into separate tanks enabled safe transportation and positioning while maintaining the required treatment capacity and process performance.
